Family Medicine offers onsite laboratory services at three Baylor Medicine Family Medicine locations and x-ray testing services to our patients at select Baylor Medicine Family Medicine locations Monday through Friday.
Most test results are available immediately when records are finalized by the lab, depending on the kind of test you have performed. Your provider will release test results to you through MyChart or a phone call.
If you have not received results two weeks after your test, please call Family Medicine at 713-798-7700. Please provide the patient’s name, birth date, phone number, and the specific test results you are inquiring about, as well as the date and location of the test/service. Calls are typically returned by the next business day.
To confirm the availability of x-ray appointments, please call 713-798-7700 and select option two, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
