Upon arrival, the front desk staff will review your information, provide you with any forms that need to be completed, collect any payment due, and inform the medical staff of your arrival.
We would like to accommodate all of our patients in a timely manner. Please note, if you arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask if you prefer to wait or reschedule for another day.
We understand that your time is valuable, and we will make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, emergencies, complications and other issues might lead to unexpected delays.
An after-visit summary will be provided to you or made available on your MyChart account. The summary includes any orders, instructions or follow-up appointments.
The fastest way to secure your medication refill may be through your pharmacy. Check with your preferred pharmacy to determine if you have additional refills available to you.
If you require a medication refill from your provider, requests will be reviewed and responded to by the end of the next business day. Please note that certain classes of medications may require authorization from your insurance provider or have additional delays associated with them. Discuss any special requirements for refills with your provider to plan appropriately.
Non-urgent calls will be returned by the end of next business day. Urgent calls will be returned on the same business day in the order they are received. After-hours calls will be handled efficiently and effectively by our answering service or an on-call physician.
Forms received by the clinical staff will be processed and returned within 10 business days. Some forms may have an associated fee. Please check with your clinic staff for details.
