Baylor Medicine at McNair Campus Information
As ongoing construction continues at the McNair Campus, the traditional entrance to the Blue underground parking lot along Janice and Robert McNair Blvd has reopened.
We understand the importance of accessible parking for our visitors and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The following options are available to help you access Tower One during this time.
Self-Park
- Blue surface lot and underground garage
- Parking Payment: Credit card preferred
- Rates:
- 0 - 30 mins: $0
- 31 mins - 2 hrs: $6
- 2 - 3 hrs: $12
- 3 - 24 hrs: $17
Directions
- To Blue underground parking: Turn onto Butler Blvd from Cambridge St. Continue on Butler Blvd about 265 ft and take the first available left onto Janice & Robert McNair Blvd. Follow McNair Blvd and when it forks, veer to the right to enter the Blue underground parking garage. Proceed through the gate after collecting your ticket. If you reach the stop sign at Robertson Rd then you have gone too far.
Bring your ticket with you and take the elevators up to the first floor.
There is a Blue surface lot and an additional entrance to Blue underground parking is located further down Butler Blvd (entrance on the left).
Valet & Patient Drop-off/Pickup
- Available in front of the building at Barbara and Corbin Robertson, Jr. Entrance
- Valet Payment: Credit cards and cash accepted
- Valet is available from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Rates start at $14 for your first two hours and increase to $18 up to 24 hours.
- Patients' families and visitors are welcome to use the valet area to drop off patients and then proceed to park their vehicles.
Directions to Valet & Patient Drop-off: Turn onto Butler Blvd from Cambridge St. Continue on Butler Blvd about 265 ft and take the first available left onto Janice & Robert McNair Blvd. Follow McNair Blvd and veer left at the fork. Continue to the circular drive and the Barbara and Corbin J. Robertson, Jr. Entrance.

The McNair Café is located in the first-floor lobby. The café is open from 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10 a.m. and Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If looking for other options outside of those hours, you will find a suite of vending machines in the hallways to the right of the café.
