The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology offers a Sub-Internship in Labor and Delivery. The sub-internship is a four-week rotation with an opportunity for two students to work at either Ben Taub Hospital or Texas Children's Hospital Pavilion for Women. The sub-internships are for Baylor College of Medicine students only.
Students will take primary responsibility for patients serving in a role parallel to an intern. They will manage labor, participate in deliveries and procedures, and manage postpartum care.
