The aim of this day is to showcase the research that is being done at Harris Health and Baylor College of Medicine and to foster an environment of collaboration, accomplishments, and inspiration.
The top 3 scoring posters in each category will be awarded a prize during the 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. hour on Research Day 5/14/25 in Ben Taub 2nd floor OR waiting area and alcove (near purple elevators).
You or a designee must be present in person on Research Day during the 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. hour for judging.

- 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. - Keynote Speaker, Presentations and Awards
- 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. - Poster viewing

All participants are required to display a poster on Research Day.
- All poster printing will be your responsibility
- It is strongly recommended that all posters be 3’ x 4’ in size
- Please bring your poster to the OR waiting area on 5/14 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. for display (Personnel will be on-site to assist you)
