The Center for Space Medicine is a world academic leader in space biomedical research and education. It fosters biomedical discovery, advances the field of space medicine, trains scientists and physicians, and translates space advances to benefit health on Earth. It is a collaborative and multidisciplinary enterprise involving multiple Baylor College of Medicine Departments and centers, the Translational Research Institute for Space Health, NASA, and a diverse collective of leading academic, industry, and government organizations and entities nationally and internationally.
