Professional Statement
My focus is on understanding how residual triple negative breast cancer cells after neoadjuvant chemotherapy rewire their metabolism with respect to reduction-oxidation (redox) reaction co-factors NAD, NADP, & FAD. This knowledge will provide a framework in which to design interventions to further exacerbate redox imbalance leading to increased chemotherapy sensitivity.
