Professional Statement

As Director of Training Grants and Fellowships at Baylor College of Medicine, I lead initiatives that support fellowships, career development awards, and institutional training grants. Drawing on experience in biomedical research, education, business strategy, and data analytics, I develop programs, resources, and systems that help researchers identify opportunities, prepare competitive applications, and advance their professional goals.
