Professional Statement

I am a physician and clinical researcher with a growing focus on oncology and academic medicine. As a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Otolaryngology at Baylor College of Medicine, I contribute to clinical research investigating HPV-associated oropharyngeal cancer, including the TEJAS and LIQUID studies.

My experiences in medical education, clinical service, and research have strengthened my interest in the intersection of patient care, scientific discovery, and emerging cancer therapies. Through my work at Baylor, I hope to continue developing as a physician-scientist while contributing to research that advances cancer detection, treatment, and patient outcomes.

My long-term goal is to pursue a career in Radiation Oncology, combining rigorous clinical care with research and continued innovation in the treatment of cancer.
