Jason W Lim, D.O., is an assistant professor of surgery in the Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery. He is a board-certified general surgeon with specialized training in surgical critical care and acute care surgery. Dr. Lim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Columbia University before pursuing a medical degree at Touro College of Medicine in Harlem, New York. He then completed general surgery residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. Following his residency, he returned to his birthplace of Dallas, Texas, to complete a fellowship in trauma and surgical critical care at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Parkland Memorial Hospital.
