Please contact us directly for the annual membership fee. You can call 713-798-7877 option 2 or submit the form.
The membership fee is not covered under insurance. The fee covers the cost of member benefits, but it doesn't include the cost of healthcare services. Insurance will be billed for healthcare services. Members are responsible for insurance co-payments, deductibles and services not covered by their existing plan.
In the event a referral is required, our clinic staff will coordinate your care with top specialists, including scheduling appointments and sharing medical records. Members are responsible for arranging and maintaining their own care after their visit with the specialist.
