Data Management and Analysis Core for the Superfund Research Program

The Data Management and Analysis Core will provide state-of-the-art data management and data analysis support for the BCM-Rice SRP, creating a central resource for data storage and effective cross-project access to chemical, physical, biological, and multi-omics data.

The Data Management and Analysis Core activities will include:

• Implementing a robust and comprehensive Data Management Plan.
• Providing expert analysis in the specialized areas of statistics and bioinformatics for all Projects.
• Developing new SRP-related data and management and data analysis methods.
• Providing data management and analysis education and training for the graduate students and postdoctoral trainees connected with Superfund projects.

The DMAC will be implementing plans to support the BCM-Rice Superfund Center:
