What You Need to Know About CoolSculpting

Content

CoolSculpting is a noninvasive procedure used to remove fat cells from targeted areas of your body that have not responded to diet or exercise. The CoolSculpting procedure starts by cooling excess fat cells in targeted areas. A device is then placed onto that area and creates a vacuum-like pressure, breaking down the fat cells. Over time, the broken down cells are naturally eliminated from your body. You will start to see the results from CoolSculpting two to four months after the treatment and it will continue to improve for up to six months.

The CoolSculpting treatment can be used on your:

  • Neck
  • Abdomen
  • Flanks/sides
  • Upper arms
  • Thighs
