Instructions for Completing the Baylor College of Medicine Supplemental Application to the First-Year Medical School Class Entering July 2010
AMCAS Application Deadline Nov. 1
Supplemental Application Deadline Dec. 1
M.D./PH.D. Applicants must have their AMCAS application and BCM Supplemental application received by Nov. 1.
The Supplemental Application must be completed by all applicants. The final deadline for MD/PhD supplemental applications is midnight Nov. 1 and regular medical school supplemental applications is midnight Dec. 1. If you have any questions, please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@bcm.edu

- Login as existing user
- File Completion/Status Check (You will be able to check your file completion/status upon our receipt of your verified AMCAS application and supplemental application.)
Supplemental Application Fee
There is a supplemental application fee of $90 for all applicants. You may pay by PayPal (credit card/e-check) following the instructions at the end of the supplemental application. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please make the check payable to Baylor College of Medicine and send to:
