Each year, several faculty members at the Section of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Baylor College of Medicine teach the Gastroenterology Pathophysiology Course for 2nd year medical students at Baylor. This comprehensive course includes introduction to diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and biliary system is part of the integrated Fall II curriculum. The course is organized into two sections: luminal gastroenterology and liver/pancreas/biliary.
