Physical Medical and Rehabilitation Verification Requests

The H. Ben Taub Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation provides education verification services for physicians who have completed residency and fellowship programs.

Please note: This is not an application to attend any programs, only for education verification afterward. Please see instructions below regarding the process.

Cost: $75 fee is assessed per verification

Verifications generally take 7-10 business days to complete.

Payment may be sent by check along with a signed release from the physician whose education is being verified. For a quicker turnaround, please send proof of payment via email to pmreducation@bcm.edu.
