BCM Office of Information Technology offers secure access to BCM email, calendar and contacts on your mobile device, at no additional cost. The service allows those with a legitimate business need to maintain contact with colleagues, patients, and others while away from the office.

To request cyber-secure BCM email on your mobile devices, complete the mobile device management request form found at https://bcm.service-now.com/navpage.do, located in the service catalog section under "Can We Help You?".

Utilize a web browser to sign in to your email account from almost any device that can connect to the Internet, including smartphones and tablets. Use the mail.bcm.edu address to get to your BCM mail.

Note: It is not recommended that you use a mobile browser for webmail. Instead, it is recommended that you enroll in mobile device management if you wish to receive Baylor email on your mobile device.

All mobile devices that access email through the Baylor e-mail services are required to meet certain security requirements.

Security requirements of the mobile email services include:

  • Mandatory password protection
  • Device encryption
  • Selective remote erasure of Baylor of content in case of loss or theft
