How do I assign a delegate to manage my Signature data?


To add a delegate, click Delegates at the top of the screen and select the tab “Those representing me”. Enter the email of the person who you want to manage your Signature account and click “Invite”. The user will receive an invitation to be your delegate, which s/he can accept or decline. Once you’ve received a message in Signature that your invitation has been accepted, you can go to the Delegates tab and define the level of access you want to grant the user.
