Unassisted sorting using BD FACSArias is possible so individuals and labs are not constrained by the Cytometry and Cell Sorting Core's business hours. Unassisted sorting using the Sony MA900 is also possible and is more automated and user friendly. This training would allow access to the sorters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
