The National Marfan Foundation and Baylor College of Medicine are conducting the multicenter Aortic Valve Operative Outcomes in Marfan Patients Study to compare outcomes of aortic-valve-sparing procedures and composite graft procedures for restoring aortic valve function in individuals with Marfan syndrome.

Recruitment into the study closed Nov. 19, 2010. The study is now in the follow-up data collection phase. See contact information for participating institutions.
