Specimen Type: FFPE - Slide(s)
Requirements: 10 unstained 5um FFPE slides (5 tumor and 5 normal epithelial). (Min: 3 tumor tissue and 3 normal epithelial tissue slides). Protect from excessive heat. Please include a copy of corresponding surgical pathology report.

Shipping Conditions: Ship at ambient temperature (18-25C/64-77F) or refrigerated temperature in an insulated container by overnight courier. Ship in cooled container during summer months. Do not heat or freeze.

Unacceptable Conditions: Specimens fixed/processed in alternative fixatives (alcohol, Prefer). Frozen specimens. Decalcified specimens. Less than 25 percent tumor or less than 50 percent normal epithelial tissue.

Stability: Ambient: Indefinitely; Refrigerated: Indefinitely; Frozen: Unacceptable
