NPM1 Mutation Detection by RT-PCR, Quantitative
Test Information: Detect and quantify NPM1 mutant transcripts (types A, B, and D). Detect NPM1 mutations at diagnosis in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) for initial prognostication. Monitor levels of mutant NPM1 transcripts during treatment in patients with NPM1-mutated acute myeloid leukemia and assess minimal residual disease (MRD).
