The Bruker Vutara 352 Super-Resolution Microscope is a single molecule localization platform designed for stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy (STORM), photoactivated localization microscopy (PALM) or points accumulation for imaging in nanoscale topography (PAINT), in 3 dimensions. This platform is capable of sub-diffraction resolutions on the order of 20nm x/y, and 50nm in the z-axis.
