The Genomic and RNA Profiling Core owns thousands of clones from mouse and human cDNA clone sets and provide a clone identification and retrieval service for researchers. Users can search our Mouse and Human clone sets for genes they are interested in for use in verifying results from gene expression experiments or any other application requiring cDNA clones. Clone services are requested through MAID (CLON). Users should search our files (see below) and enter a request using target ID, clone ID and clone accession numbers.
A GARP technician will look for the genes identified by the user. The technician will then locate the correct plate and pull the clones identified for streaking onto user-supplied agar plates.
Note: LB plates + Ampicillin will be supplied by the user.
***NEW*** We have added a new search capability for our clone sets. Click on individual clone set links below to find your desired clone.
