A. PA chest radiograph demonstrating a prosthetic St Jude valve ring in the mitral valve position. This patient had Shone's complex (multiple left sided obstructive lesions) with severe mitral stenosis. She underwent revision of her mitral prosthetic valve after developing endocarditis on the original prosthetic valve following Streptococcus pnuemoniae sepsis.
