8f-1. Phrenic Nerve Palsey.

A. PA chest radiograph in a patient status post total cavo-pulmonary connection (Fontan procedure) for tricuspid atresia. Note the elevated right hemidiaphragm secondary to right phrenic nerve palsy. This patient had an epicardial atrial pacing wire connected because of previous arrthymia.
