B-E. Systolic and diastolic PA and lateral cineangiograms demonstrate a left ventricular diverticulum which passes anterior and infradiaphragmatic. There is pooling of contrast in the diverticulum in diastole. There is a common brachiocephalic trunk and both kideys appear normal.
