4d-1. Endocardial fibroelastosis (dilated cardiomyopathy).

A. PA view demonstrates marked cardiomegaly with normal pulmonary vascular markings. There is biventricular enlargement with the left ventricle displaced to the left chest wall. There is left atrial dilation with the esophagus displaced to the left.

B. Right anterior oblique view confirms left atrial dilation.
