Run, walk with BCM in 2012 Houston Komen Race

The 2012 Baylor College of Medicine Houston Komen Race team is forming. The race will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, in downtown Houston with participants able to sign up for a variety of 5K routes, including a family fun walk, non-competitive run, non-competitive walk and competitive run.

Susan G. Komen for the Cure is a strong supporter of BCM’s efforts to fight breast cancer, with grants awarded from their national and Houston affiliates, including the recently announced Komen Promise grant and continuous support of BCM’s care for the medically underserved and uninsured at the Harris County Hospital District’s Ben Taub General Hospital.

To join the official BCM team, go to the team registration webpage and search Baylor College of Medicine when prompted to find a team.
