Health Hints

When women go through menopause, hormone levels begin to change and this can lead to health issues, like osteoporosis. Steps women can take to improve their bone health include limiting alcohol intake, quitting smoking, exercising three times a week and increasing calcium and vitamin D intake. Be sure to talk to a doctor about osteoporosis and other health concerns that arise from menopause.
