The Dan L. Duncan Cancer Center at Baylor College of Medicine remains committed to its mission of promoting important health messages to Houston's medically underserved population with the continuation of its theater outreach program in 2011.
Organized by the center's Office of Outreach and Health Disparities, the upcoming plays include "Educando a Papa" and "The Marriage Test," which both emphasize the importance of colorectal screenings in high risk groups.
The Marriage Test
Written and directed by local playwright Thomas Meloncon, "The Marriage Test" will be performed on the following dates:

The play is performed in Spanish.
Following the performances, colorectal cancer experts will be on hand to discuss and answer questions from the audience.
