Dr. Adriana M. Strutt, Assistant Professor of Neurology
Adriana M. Strutt, Ph.D. was recognized as one of the "100 Hispanic Women in Leadership" by the HWIL Houston Organization for her pioneering work in the area of neuropsychological assessments of primarily Spanish speaking adults.
Dr. Strutt was also acknowledged for her community involvement, providing psycho-educational presentations on dementia and Alzheimer's disease and co-facilitating an Alzheimer's disease caregiver support group for the Spanish-speaking community. She was presented her award at the annual HWIL Gala on Oct. 22, 2009.
