Data Analysis - Arrays Available Services
|Array Data Analysis||$100/hour|
*NOTE: Support funding from NIH center grants allows GARP to offer reduced pricing to certain investigators who qualify. Please contact GARP to inquire about reduced pricing.If your project has specific requirements for data analysis, please contact us.
Independent Data AnalysisIn addition to biostatistician-performed data analysis services, GARP has a Partek license on a dedicated workstation for users interested in performing independent data analysis of microarray and sequencing projects. This is an excellent resource for small-scale projects that may not require a long-term software license. If you are interested in these services, please contact us for pricing and availability.

Users can also click on the link below to view Data Analysis Fundamentals, two PDF files explaining the basics of Affymetrix data.
Make sure to look at the Affymetrix Tools page on the Affymetrix website. There are several links to software that can aid in your analysis and preliminary data results.
Spotted Glass Arrays
One- and two-color microarray experiments produce a vast amount of data. GARP uses custom-designed as well as some commercially-available software to extract the raw data from the image files (TIFFs) and turn that into a normalized data set through quantitation, data preprocessing, thresholding, and normalization. We accept data generated from Agilent microarrays as well as other spotted glass slide manufacturers.
Other Array Applications
GARP also offers data analysis services for other array applications such as NanoString, SuperArray (qPCR array), TaqMan Low-Density Arrays (TLDA cards), Panomics and Luminex Assays. Please contact GARP for more information.
