Data Analysis - Introduction

The Genomic and RNA Profiling Core provides general consultation on experimental design and aids researchers with statistical analysis of microarray and sequencing data. We have a full-time data analyst for all users and can also direct users to resources and software. This includes a Partek license on a dedicated workstation for users interested in performing independent data analysis of microarray and sequencing projects. Our biostatisticians have many years experience analyzing the large data sets generated by microarray experimentation (both spotted array data and Affymetrix GeneChip Data) and sequencing.

Data Analysis, or DATA services are provided through the MicroArray Information Database, interface.

If you have questions please contact the GARP at microarray@bcm.edu or 713-798-7699.
