Baylor Clinic is conveniently located on the outskirts of the Texas Medical Center, at the corner of Main Street and Dryden Road.

When in the Texas Medical Center, please be aware that pedestrians, cars and trains share the same space. Be sure to use crosswalks and pay close attention to METRO Rail signs and signals along Fannin Street.

Finding Your Way Around Baylor Clinic

After parking in the garage, take the garage elevators to the 1st or 3rd floor of the building. From there, take the elevators by the Guest Services Desk to your desired floor.

After you've reached the correct floor, all physician offices are located to the left of the elevators, except the Infusion Center on floor 13, which is to the right.

Covered parking is conveniently located on the lower levels of the Baylor Clinic building. Self-parking is accessible via Southgate Boulevard on the southwest side of the building. Take your parking ticket with you when you leave your car; you will need it to pay for parking on your way back to the garage.

Self-parking rates 

  • Up to 15 minutes: Free  
  • Up to 1 Hrs: $5.00  
  • Up to 2 Hrs: $8.00  
  • Up to 4 Hrs: $10.00  
  • Over 4 Hrs: $14.00  
  • Lost Ticket: $14.00  

Please remember to pay for parking before exiting the garage. Pay Station Located on Lobby Levels 1 and 3. 

Valet Flate Rate: Available from 6 am to 6pm

METRO provides bus and light rail service to the Medical Center in addition to shuttle buses that make stops at many points within the Medical Center. For information on bus schedules, contact METRO at (713) 635-4000 or visit the METRO website. If you are staying in a Medical Center hotel, many of them offer private shuttles around the Medical Center.

Guest Services representatives are located on the 1st and 3rd floors to answer your questions and provide directions. Should you require a wheelchair, they are available on the 1st floor.

Snack Bar

For your convenience, we also offer a snack bar on the 1st floor from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WiFi Access

Baylor Clinic is pleased to offer free wireless internet access for patients. The service is provided via Baylor College of Medicine's in-house wireless network. Visitors must bring their own computer or other wireless-enabled device with WiFi support in order to connect. The service is free and the only requirement is that customers accept Baylor's terms and conditions before using the service.

Wireless Connections

  • Step 1: Turn on your laptop or PDA and open its Wireless Network Connection Dialogue box
  • Step 2: Locate the Wireless Networks tab and enter or select "bcm-guest" as your wireless SSID (network name)
  • Step 3: Launch your preferred web browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.)
  • Step 4: Accept the Baylor terms and conditions
  • Step 5: Begin using the service
