Study of Miricorilant in Obese Adults with Schizophrenia or Bipolar Disorder and Recent Weight Gain While Taking Antipsychotics (GRATITUDE) (H-49803)

Have you gained weight from taking an antipsychotic medication for schizophrenia or bipolar disorder?

Consider joining the GRATITUDE clinical research study! This study is testing whether the study drug (miricorilant) is safe and effective at helping you lose weight while still taking your antipsychotic medication.

Eligible participants will receive at no cost:

• Potential access to the study drug
• Study-related support and monitoring by a healthcare team
• Education about schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and weight gain from antipsychotic medication use

You will be receiving compensation for you time and travel for attending study visits.
