Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Phase 2 Trial to Test Efficacy and Safety of AV-101 (L-4-Chlorokynurenine) as Adjunct to Current Antidepressant Therapy in Patients with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) with an Inadequate Response to Current Antidepressants

Are you experiencing a depressive episode? Current antidepressant just not doing enough? If you answered “YES” to both these questions, you may be eligible for our clinical research study involving an investigational drug taken alongside your current antidepressant.

To qualify, you must:

  • Be 18-65 years old
  • Be diagnosed with major depressive disorder
  • Have had current depressive symptoms for the past eight or more weeks
  • Have had inadequate response to at least one or more antidepressants that did not relieve symptoms

Participants will be compensated for time and travel.

Study-related care and study medication will be provided at no cost.
