What is Project Reach?
Project Reach is a collaboration between Harris Health and Baylor College of Medicine funded by the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund to provide mental health services for members of the Houston community who have been emotionally impacted by Hurricane Harvey or its aftermath.
Our clinicians can provide services to all ages. There are programs available for children, adolescents, and adults.
Who is Eligible for Project Reach?
Project Reach is open to all ages. There are programs available for children, adolescents, and adults.
You may be eligible for Project Reach if you:
- Were affected by Hurricane Harvey
- Are currently enrolled/willing to enroll in the Harris Health System
- Are experiencing feelings of sadness, anxiety, worry, anger, or other emotions
If you are interested in receiving services through Project Reach, call (832) 206-4034 or speak with your Harris Health provider. You will be pre-screened by Project Reach staff, either over the phone or at our facility. This initial conversation will help staff determine if the services offered through Project Reach may be a good fit for you. All Project Reach services are optional.
