Thank you to everyone who loves those Louboutins, is mad for Manolos and gaga about Gucci! More than 400 survivors, advocates and friends put their best foot forward in the fight against breast cancer at the Neiman Marcus Stiletto Strut and Luncheon Sept. 25.

Honorary chair Jan Duncan, along with chair Megan Hotze, co-chairs Shelly Smith Hendry and Limor Smith, and a well-heeled Luncheon Committee raised more than $300,000 to stop breast cancer in its tracks.

The event began with a champagne toast in the Shoe Salon at Neiman Marcus Houston Galleria, followed by a short strut to the Westin Galleria Ballroom for a luncheon and style show featuring the top runway collections presented by our favorite luxury retailer. Read all about it and see some great pictures here.

Finding a Cure

Shelly Hendry, Megan Hotze and Limor Smith chair the 2015 event.

Proceeds from the Neiman Marcus Stiletto Strut and Luncheon benefit the life-saving patient care being delivered today at the Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center and accelerate efforts underway to find a cure for tomorrow.

The Smith Breast Center is a major component of the Dan L. Duncan Cancer Center at Baylor College of Medicine, which brings together research, healthcare for all cancers, education and outreach activities from the College and its affiliated hospitals to advance the fight against this devastating disease. The Duncan Cancer Center is one of only three National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer centers in Texas.
