Breast Cancer Volunteers
One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer during her lifetime. At Baylor College of Medicine, we welcome you to join the fight by buying a ticket or sponsoring a table for the Neiman Marcus Stiletto Strut, Sept. 25.
Our breast center volunteers have fun while working toward a cure. All of our fundraising and proceeds from events go to support the Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center at Baylor College of Medicine, one of Houston’s best resources of treatment of breast cancer and breast disease. Recognized as one of the top breast centers in the world, the center combines everything needed for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer in one convenient setting.
Patient care is highly specialized for the best possible outcomes, highly personal for the best patient experience and driven by the latest findings from the College’s renowned breast cancer research programs.
It is a cornerstone of the Dan L. It is one of two NCI-designated centers in Houston.
