Research Interests:

We carry out a broad range of theoretical and computational studies in structural and cellular biology. We use energy landscape theory to study protein folding, protein structure prediction, protein functional dynamics, and protein misfolding. At the cellular level we study stochastic aspects of gene regulation and also the structure and dynamics of the cytoskeleton.
