All verifications are now done through the program in which the physician graduated. If you need a verification, please contact the program.
The GME office will only complete training verifications for those who completed a Transitional Year at Baylor College of Medicine. All other requests will be discarded.
Each diploma reorder is $50 (personal check, cashiers check, or cash will be accepted).
Please mail payment to the address below and include the address that we need to mail it to once it is printed.

Note: Our printer is outside of the Baylor system and therefore we cannot provide you with an accurate time frame of how long it will take before your diploma will be ready. We will mail it as soon as we receive it.
To submit a diploma reorder, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide her with the below information:
- Name as it should appear on the diploma (this must be the name you had at the time of graduation)
- Degree that is on your medical school diploma (M.D., D.O., M.B.B.S., etc.)
- Hospitals that you rotated at during your training
- Dates of Training
- Date of Graduation
- How many copies you need

FICA refunds are being mailed! If you were a resident or clinical post-doc paid between January 1995 and March 2005 who consented to Baylor College of Medicine filing the IRS claim for FICA payments during that time, a letter has been sent to the address on file detailing your refund and confirming your address. Please return immediately for check processing.
If you have not received this letter, please email FICArecovery@bcm.edu with your current address.
