Letter from the Training Director

Dear Prospective Internship Applicant:

Thank you for your interest in the APA-accredited Clinical Psychology Internship Program at Baylor College of Medicine, offered through the Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

As an alumnus of the program in 2004-2005, I am very pleased to serve as the training director. I am proud to direct a scientist-practitioner program that provides excellent broad-based clinical training and offers depth of experience in a variety of specialty areas.

On our web site you will find information about the five primary training tracks offered, as well as the core psychotherapy, research, and didactic experiences that interns participate in throughout the year. Application information is also provided.

Please contact Virginia Rodriguez, administrative assistant to the program, at 713-798-4862 or by e-mail at if you have questions about our application process or desire further information. I wish you well in the internship process!
