Immunology Journal Club
Room N901, 9 - 10 a.m.
Immunology Graduate Program students select and present state-of-the-art papers from the best journals, including Nature Immunology, Nature Medicine, Immunity, Cell, and Science.
Students introduce topics, discuss the data and summarize conclusions from their chosen papers. After their presentations, the students receive feedback from faculty members and fellow students on their presentation skills and choice of papers. The Department of Immunology considers presentation skills and critical thinking integral to the training of young scientists.
The Methodological Annex is an informal discussion of selected methods used in the current week's paper and meets immediately following Journal Club.
The speaker and paper are announced each week via email. If you would like to receive these announcements, send an e-mail with your name and address.
