Statement of Goals:
Students will shadow faculty throughout clinical and surgical environments while learning about plastic surgery, hand surgery, and reconstruction surgery. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in many didactic teaching conferences and the Plastic Surgery Grad Rounds. Last updated 3/4/15
Learning Activities
Students are required to attend weekly hand conferences, didactic teaching conferences, and Grand Rounds. Students are strongly encouraged to attend Plastic Surgery and Hand Journal Club sessions. This elective also offers students the opportunity to participate in quarterly psychomotor courses as well as courses and symposia held in the Division in nerve regeneration.
