Faculty-mentored full-time research. Fourth of five electives comprising the Medical Student Research Track. (One Year)
Learning Activities
Faculty-mentored full-time research and the participation in the design, conduct, and reporting of research including some didactic course work and other activities to encourage intellectual interaction and exchange among the students and faculty in the program Students will present a seminar describing their own research, including background, experimental design, the methodology used, and any results that have been obtained. A weekly seminar in the Clinical Scientist Training Program is required.
