Statement of Goals:
At the end of this 4 week clinical elective, students should: - have gained further understanding of the detection and treatment of cervical, ovarian, endometrial and vulvar cancers. -be able to describe the proper evaluation of adnexal masses -understand the evaluation of post-menopausal uterine bleeding -be familiar with imaging modalities used in gyn oncology -understand the risks and benefits of radiation, chemotherapy, and surgical interventions in women with early and advanced gynecologic malignancies The student(s) will be expected to attend Gyn-Onc clinic on Monday and Friday mornings, operating room on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, which will be determined on a monthly basis, and the Gyn Onc Tumor Board at Ben Taub Hospital on Tuesdays at 7:00AM

Evaluation Methods
We will use the form provided by the Registrar's Office, except in cases where Visiting Students provide a form from their own institution. A final grade will be determined based on clinical performance.
