Statement of Goals:
Students will rotate through the Hospice's Homecare, Inpatient and Admissions department, visit patients with attending physicians and other Interdisciplinary Team members. In addition, didactic sessions will be made available on a variety of end of life issues as part of The Hospice's genereal orientation. Students will also attend the Interdisciplinary Team Conferences. Students will be required to submit a Hospice Rotation Activity Log at the end of the course as part of their grade.
