Course Description & Learning Objectives:
This course is designed to focus on a clinical aspect of which radiographic tests to order in certain situations. In addition, the students will be instructed on interpreting these radiographic tests. By the end of the course, the student should be able to:

1) Know which radiographic tests to order in diverse clinical situations, including flank pain, acute abdominal pain, joint pain, bone masses, pelvic masses, and breast masses.
2) Have a baseline knowledge in the interpretation of chest x-rays, chest CT, pelvic ultrasounds, abdominal CT, abdominal ultrasound, position emission tomography, mammogram, and breast ultrasounds.

This course is open to MS2s in Term 1.

Evaluation Methods
This is a Pass/Fail course. The student is expected to attend a minimum of five of the six lectures and Pass the final exam.
