Since its inception in July 2004, the Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology fellowship has provided comprehensive training in both medical and surgical aspects of pediatric and adolescent gynecology utilizing the resources of the Texas Medical Center.
Our fellows interact with both pediatric and Ob/Gyn faculty as well as fellows in other programs such as Minimally Invasive Surgery. A variety of opportunities exist for research and innovative clinical investigation is encouraged. Fellows also participate in resident training and are in charge of monthly conferences and didactics.
An option to pursue a Masters in Public Health exists through affiliated educational institutions of Baylor College of Medicine.
Candidates possessing a strong interest in pediatric gynecology commensurate with an interest in minimally invasive surgery in children and are graduates of accredited residency programs in Obstetrics and Gynecology are invited to apply to our program.
The Baylor College of Medicine Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Fellowship participates in the Match through the National Residency Matching Program. All applicants are encouraged to register upon submission of their application to our program.
